Shipping

Each order is lovingly wrapped in tissue or placed into a gift box, then posted in a compostable and waterproof postal sachet. Whilst we do our best to get orders out as soon as we can, sometimes orders can take up to 5 to 7 business days to process. Especially during peak sale times. Made to order items will be noted on the listing and these will take 7 days to make.

Regular post will then take 3-5 business days to get it to you, Express Post will take 1-3 business days after your order leaves us. Orders are processed based on the date it was placed, express shipping will not guarantee express processing, however please email us if you would like your order by a specific date - we will try our best to accomodate. We send via Sendle or Australia Post, whichever is fastest for your area and the most cost effective. For our Australian customers, we offer complimentary regular shipping for orders over $120.

For international buyers we send by regular air mail and you are responsible for any additional fees imposed by your destination country (customs fees, taxes, etc.). Please be aware that with international shipping it generally takes at least 10 -14 business days (sometimes a bit more) for items to reach their destinations, after our usual processing times. Near holidays it can take longer.
